Lead to Deal (“Lead to Deal”, “we”, “us”) is a product of Frameless. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and dashboard at leadtodeal.app.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — name, work email, company name, and authentication details.
- WhatsApp conversation data — messages, contact phone numbers, and metadata exchanged through your connected WhatsApp Business number, processed to operate your AI sales agent.
- Business content — inventory, pricing, knowledge documents, and settings you add.
- Usage & device data — log data, IP address, and product analytics used to run and improve the service.
- Billing data — plan and transaction records. Card details are handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use information
To provide and secure the service, generate AI replies grounded in your data, qualify and route leads, schedule meetings, process payments, provide support, comply with law, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
3. WhatsApp & Meta
The agent operates over the WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use, and your customers’ messages, are also subject to Meta’s and WhatsApp’s terms and policies. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to message your contacts.
4. AI processing
Conversation content may be processed by AI models to extract intent, score leads, and draft replies. Replies are grounded in the inventory and knowledge you provide. AI output can be imperfect; a human can take over any conversation at any time.
5. Payments
Global card payments are processed by Polar (Merchant of Record). In Egypt, InstaPay payments are made directly to our account and confirmed manually. Payment processors handle your financial details under their own privacy terms.
6. Sharing & sub-processors
We share data with service providers that help us operate, including hosting and database (Supabase), AI and calendar (Google), messaging (Meta/WhatsApp), error monitoring (Sentry), and payment processors. They may only process data on our instructions.
7. Data retention
We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account data as described below.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, row-level security isolating each tenant’s data, least-privilege access, and secret management. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
10. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences (such as language and theme). We do not use non-essential tracking cookies without consent.
11. International transfers
Data may be processed in regions where we or our sub-processors operate, including the EU. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
