Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Lead to Deal (a product of Frameless). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Lead to Deal provides an AI sales agent for the WhatsApp Business Platform, with a CRM dashboard, lead scoring, scheduling, and related features. We may update or improve features over time.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be authorized to act for your organization. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Trial, plans & billing
New organizations may receive a 14-day trial. Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise) are billed in advance — by card via Polar (USD) or via InstaPay (EGP, confirmed manually). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can stop renewal at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for spam, unsolicited messaging, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
5. WhatsApp & third-party compliance
Your use must comply with Meta’s and WhatsApp’s Business policies, including obtaining required opt-ins from recipients. Third-party services (Meta, Google, payment processors) are governed by their own terms.
6. Your data & responsibilities
You retain ownership of your business content and customer data. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on your behalf, and you are responsible for the lawfulness of the data and messages you send.
7. Intellectual property
The service, software, and brand are owned by Frameless. These Terms do not transfer any ownership in our intellectual property to you.
8. AI disclaimer
AI-generated replies may contain errors and should not be treated as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing agent behavior and can enable human handoff at any time.
9. Warranties & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the service ends.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes take effect when posted, indicated by the date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
